Information collected and its purposes
Depending on how you use the store, we collect identifiers and contact details (such as name, email, phone, address, and an order reference); commercial information (products, prices, payment/fulfillment status, returns, and communications); internet or device information used for security and basic operation; content you submit (messages, comments, preferences, and photos you choose to send); and approximate location inferred from an IP address when a service provider ordinarily processes it. We use these categories to provide checkout, delivery or pickup, customer support, requested marketing, fraud and security controls, inventory accuracy, legal compliance, and business records. We do not collect more information through this site for unrelated purposes without giving a new notice when required.

Information comes directly from you, from your browser or device when it connects to the site, from Square when it reports payment and order status, and from fulfillment or communications providers when they report delivery or message status.
Why it is used
Running the store
We use information to process pickup or shipping orders, prevent duplicate inventory sales, send confirmations and staff packing notices, answer questions, handle order issues, send requested deal alerts, improve accessibility, prevent abuse, and meet tax, accounting, safety, and legal obligations.

Essential functions
The site uses cookies or local/session storage for the cart, saved and recently viewed items, admin sessions, cookie acknowledgement, rate limiting, and checkout continuity. We do not currently add third-party advertising cookies or cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly allow third parties to collect personally identifiable information on this site over time and across unrelated services for that purpose. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not standardized; because we do not sell or share data for cross-context advertising, there is no advertising profile to disable.

Checkout provider
Square processes payment-card details and may collect contact, billing, shipping, device, and transaction information under Square’s own privacy notice. This website does not store full card numbers. Staff receive only the order and payment-status details reasonably needed to fulfill, support, reconcile, and document the transaction.
Access
Staff/admin
Staff should only access customer/order information when needed for store operations. Admin accounts should use strong passwords before launch and avoid sharing login access publicly.
Retention
How long records remain
We keep each category only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose disclosed here. Criteria include whether an order or request is open, whether you remain subscribed, fraud and security needs, warranty or dispute periods, and tax, accounting, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. We delete, deidentify, or restrict records when they are no longer reasonably necessary. A deletion request may be denied or limited when an applicable exception requires or permits retention.
California
Your privacy choices
To the extent California privacy law applies, California residents may request access to or categories of personal information, correction, deletion, and information about collection and disclosure; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a right. We do not currently sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics.

How choices are honored
We treat a valid Global Privacy Control signal as a request not to sell or share information associated with that browser, although our stated practice is already not to sell or share it for cross-context advertising. An authorized agent may submit a request for a California resident. We may verify identity and authority proportionately before disclosing, correcting, or deleting information.
Disclosure
Who receives information
We disclose only what is reasonably needed to service providers and contractors that operate the store, including Square, website hosting, email delivery, and shipping or communications providers. Google may receive ordinary connection information such as an IP address and browser details when its hosted font files load. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect customers or the store, investigate fraud or safety issues, or complete a business transfer subject to applicable protections.
No sale or marketing share
Our current practice
During the 12 months preceding this policy’s effective date, we collected and disclosed for the operational purposes described above the categories listed in this policy; we did not sell them or share them for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not rent personal information or disclose it to third parties for their own direct marketing. California “Shine the Light” requests about such marketing disclosures may be submitted using the contact methods below.
Security
Reasonable safeguards
We use role-based admin access, password protections, limited public data fields, secure transport when correctly deployed, payment processing through Square, and operational logging. No system is perfectly secure. Customers should not send full payment-card numbers, government identifiers, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive data through comments or the contact form.
Updates
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect, so it's worth a quick look if you haven't visited in a while.
Children
Not for kids
This store is meant for adults making purchases. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
