These terms govern use of this website and purchases from Bargain Basecamp. Our separate refund and shipping policies are part of these terms.

By using the site, adding an item to cart, or selecting the checkout button, you agree to these Terms, the Refund & Return Policy, the Shipping & Pickup Policy, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not complete checkout. You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract or act with permission of a parent or guardian.
Almost everything here is overstock, open-box, shelf-pull, or a customer return sourced from large retailers and closeouts. That means most items are discounted because they are not brand-new-in-sealed-box. We inspect each find, note its condition, and photograph any flaws we see. Original retail prices shown for comparison are our best estimate and may differ from current prices elsewhere.
We grade items honestly (for example "open box," "like new," or "as-is for a known issue"). Photos and the written condition note are part of the description. By buying, you accept the item in the described condition, including normal signs of open-box handling. If we got the condition wrong, follow the issue process in our Refund & Return Policy.
Many finds are the only one we have. Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. Because the same stock is sold here and on our shop floor, an item can sell in person while it is still in your cart. To be fair to everyone, stock is reserved only when you start checkout — adding to cart does not hold an item. If something sells out before you pay, we’ll help you find an alternative.
Payments are processed by Square under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not store full payment-card numbers on this website. An automated confirmation acknowledges the order; acceptance remains subject to payment verification, inventory, lawful sale, and our ability to fulfill. If we cancel a paid order we cannot fulfill, we will promptly issue the required refund.
Available fulfillment methods vary by item. Shipping charges and any stated timing appear before or with the order. Pickup customers should wait for ready confirmation and bring the order reference. The complete rules, including delay and cancellation rights, are in our Shipping & Pickup Policy.
We do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges, store credit, or refunds for online purchases. Review the listing and condition before paying. This does not limit any non-waivable right involving nondelivery, a wrong item, material misdescription, undisclosed damage, fraud, or another remedy required by law. Except for an express written promise in the listing and rights that cannot be waived, products are sold in the disclosed condition without additional store warranties. A manufacturer warranty may not transfer to an overstock, open-box, returned, or used buyer; contact the manufacturer to verify coverage. Nothing here disclaims a warranty or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to disclaim.
Do not misuse checkout, attempt unauthorized admin access, interfere with site security or availability, scrape protected customer or business data, submit unlawful or abusive content, impersonate another person, or use the site to commit fraud. We may block abusive activity and preserve relevant records as permitted by law.
The Bargain Basecamp name, site design, original text, and original media are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Product and third-party names belong to their owners and do not imply affiliation. Square, carriers, map links, fonts, and other external services operate under their own terms; we remain responsible for duties the law places on us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bargain Basecamp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses caused by use of the site or a product. Any permitted aggregate claim concerning a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. These limits do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot be excluded for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury, or statutory consumer rights.
California law governs these terms without overriding any consumer protection that applies where the customer lives. Subject to any non-waivable right to another forum, disputes may be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Siskiyou County, California. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed.
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a new effective date. Material changes do not retroactively reduce rights for an order already accepted. The version shown when an order is placed governs that order unless the law requires otherwise.
